I have been selling Real Estate for over 14+ years. My licenses are in California and Çonnecticut. I became a broker in March of 2021. While you may not need services to avoid foreclosure, please note that I am an expert in the field and I help many people avoid foreclosure by guiding them through their options.

Buying a home? I am successful in helping my homebuyers find the home of their dreams whether they are first time buyers, move up buyers, luxury and/or second home purchase as well as buyers who may be downsizing. I like to meet my potential buyers in a coffee shop convenient to you. We go over expectations you may have and expectations I have. We will discuss the process and step 1 through closing. I do have a BUYER/BROKER Representation agreement that the state of Connecticut requires signing before I am legally allowed to show you homes that are not my own listings but are in the MLS. Without this document, I must be a fiduciary of the seller and can not advise you on the home or any potential purchase of that home. I will explain this during our Buyer Presentaion meeting.

Selling a home? I not only market your home on all the automatic iDX sites every other Realtor® does, but I subscribe to and pay for sites not commonly utilized by most agents that assigns a single property website to your listing. I am extremely active on all social media channels, constantly marketing to potential sellers and buyers.

All commision plans are negotiable and as the seller, I give you the option of services you desire and the commission plans available.

Photography - I can take my own photographs for the MLS or I offer you 3D photography with a 360 virtual tour. All of these options are explained at our Listing Presentation at your home, when I tour your home.
